We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

How to Return: Email us at support@getpawcraft.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions.

Damaged or Wrong Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no charge.

Non-Returnable Items: Opened consumable products (food, treats) cannot be returned for safety reasons.
