Shipping Policy

All PawCraft orders ship from within the United States. We currently ship to US addresses only.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Time: Standard shipping takes 4–8 business days after processing. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days of being placed.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.

Lost or Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@getpawcraft.com and we'll make it right.
